Online Tutor Agreement

1.1. Subject Areas

The Tutor will conduct personalized 1-on-1 online classes for students enrolled through ArtiGenius. Classes will be delivered via ArtiGenius's secure online platform.

The Tutor will prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student's needs and learning style. Lessons may include a combination of theory, practical exercises, demonstrations, and personalized feedback to enhance the student's understanding and skill development.

1.4. Lesson Duration and Frequency

2.1. TUTOR (ARTIGENIUS)

• Student Engagement: The Tutor will strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging active participation and fostering a love for learning in the student.
• Progress Monitoring: The Tutor will regularly assess the student's progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communication: The Tutor will maintain open and timely communication with the student and ArtiGenius regarding any concerns, questions, or updates related to the tutoring sessions.

2.2. ARTIST

• Attendance: The student agrees to attend scheduled tutoring sessions regularly and promptly.
• Preparation: The student will come to each session prepared, having completed any assigned homework or exercises.
• Active Participation: The student will actively participate in the tutoring sessions, asking questions, engaging in discussions, and completing assigned tasks to the best of their ability.
• Respectful Behavior: The student agrees to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all interactions with the Tutor and ArtiGenius staff.

4.1. Tutoring Fees

The student agrees to pay the agreed-upon tutoring fees to ArtiGenius in a timely manner. Fees will be charged [Payment frequency, e.g., weekly, monthly] and may be subject to change with prior notice.

4.2. Payment Methods

4.3. Missed Sessions

ArtiGenius is committed to protecting the privacy of its students and will not disclose any student information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6.1. Termination by the Student

6.2. Termination by ArtiGenius

7.1. Legally Binding Agreement

• Both the Tutor and ArtiGenius acknowledge that this Online Tutor Contract constitutes a legally binding agreement between the parties.
• By electronically signing this contract, the parties agree to be bound by its terms and conditions as outlined herein.

7.2. Electronic Signatures

• The parties agree that electronic signatures, including those made through Aadhaar e-Sign in India, are valid and enforceable for the purposes of this agreement.
• Electronic signatures will be treated with the same legal effect as traditional pen-and-paper signatures.

7.3. Compliance with Laws

• This agreement will adhere to the provisions of the Information Technology Act of 2000 and any other relevant laws governing electronic transactions.
• Both parties affirm that the terms of this online contract are clear, certain, and mutually understood, indicating their consent to be bound by its terms.

8.3. Free Trial Class

• The Tutor offers a 30-minute free trial class to assess student levels and introduce course content.
• Scheduling is flexible, with students required to provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling.
• No obligation to enroll in a paid course after the trial.
• Confidentiality of information shared during the trial is ensured.

8.4. Course Purchase

• Students may choose to purchase courses post the free trial.
• Detailed course catalog provided with titles, descriptions, objectives, pricing, and enrollment process through ArtiGenius.
• Clear course policies on attendance, homework, and cancellations communicated upfront.

8.5. Compensation

• Tutor's compensation based on agreed hourly rate, paid monthly via direct bank transfer.
• Payment terms processed within 15 business days of each month.
• Adjustments to hourly rate and bonuses based on performance and market conditions, communicated in advance.
